Stainless Steel Letterplate
High quality stainless steel, guaranteed to last. The Cannondoor letterplate features a sleek design with a matching stainless steel flap and frame, along with a concealed operating mechanism. It has been tested beyond the industry standard, enduring up to 1000 hours of salt spray for a long lasting finish.
Made from high quality, corrosion resistant grade 304 stainless steel, the letterplate offers exceptional durability. Weather sealing is achieved through a combination of external foam and internal nylon brushes, while its patented design includes an intelligent drainage channel that prevents rainwater ingress. For ease of use, finger recesses are incorporated both internally and externally for simple opening.
The intelligent opening system, featuring a cleverly designed frame, prevents abrasive action against the flap during operation. The concealed flap-operating mechanism allows the flap to open up to 180°. With telescopic sleeves suitable for door thicknesses ranging from 24mm to 56mm, and a sleeve extender that accommodates door thicknesses from 61mm to 91mm, this letterplate provides a versatile solution for various door sizes.
ProStyle Letterplate
The Cannondoor colour-matched frame and flap, manufactured from zinc, feature a concealed, patented flap operating mechanism for seamless functionality. Designed for ease of use, it offers internal and external thumb access, while both flaps open to 180° without overstressing. The smart frame design prevents abrasive wear on the flap during operation, ensuring long-term durability. Independently tested for 50,000 cycles, it guarantees operational reliability, while salt spray testing confirms corrosion resistance—240 hours for plated finishes and 480 hours for powder-coated finishes.
Available in six suited finishes—Polished Gold, Polished Chrome, Smokey Chrome, Smooth Satin Chrome, White, and Black—it seamlessly integrates with Mila’s ProLinea and ProStyle door furniture ranges. Designed in-house by Cannondoor, it combines innovation with lasting performance.
